Technical Sales

Pay Rate/ Range:  $30K, base + commissions

3c Business Solutions, Inc. is looking for an experienced Technical Sales executive to market and sell 3cBSI technologies and solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop new and existing accounts through effective prospecting, networking, and solution selling and closing. 
  • Build relationships with clients and partners to aid in projects and grow 3cBSI's business. 
  • Qualified candidates will be challenged to establish and maintain customer and vendor relationships. Providing customers with the highest standard of customer service through follow up contact and consultation after the sale to protect and grow 3cBSI's relationship with the client. 
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with all employees to ensure sales are generated and are processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify and address the prospect's key business issues and highlight our proposed solutions to those identified objectives. 
  • Close sales gather all detailed customer information needed for a quick turn around and installation of the product.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. 
  • Learn 3c Technologies
  • Create the need for 3c Technologies to prospective clients.

Requirements for Technical Sales Position:

  • Bachelor's Degree in sales or equivalent work experience. 
  • Have a successful track record selling products and services. 
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Effective customer relations skills. 
  • Must demonstrate a drive, be decisive and organized, have a results-oriented approach.
  • Must have the ability to travel to customer site (have a clean driving record) and participate in meetings, presentations, and site surveys.
  • Physically must be able to sit at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • An experienced salesperson will have a proven track record in lead generation, account development, negotiation, solutions selling, and closing profitable deals. 
  • Must manage time well.
  • Must have a valid/current Utah Drivers License and auto insurance.
